Why it converts better than a normal form
This form starts with the property address and AI roof measurements, then asks how to reach the homeowner. AI measurements take 15 seconds. Your team receives property context alongside the enquiry rather than only a name and phone number.
What lands in your inbox
- Contact details and the property address.
- Measured roof area in square feet and squares.
- Selected material and service type.
- The page the enquiry came from, so you know which content is working.
Set it up
- Configure fields, colours and materials in the dashboard.
- Copy the snippet.
- Paste it on your estimate page, service pages and any ad landing pages.
- Send a test enquiry and confirm it appears in your CRM.
Pair it with the calculator
Run the calculator embed on your home page for visitors who only want a number, and the contact form on the pages where people are ready to book. Together they cover both halves of the traffic your site already gets.
An address is the starting point, not the full scope of work
A roof measurement helps a contractor understand the scale of an enquiry before the first conversation. It does not explain why the homeowner contacted you. A replacement, an isolated leak and a question about storm damage can concern the same property but need very different follow-up. Keep the service choice and the homeowner's description alongside the measured area so your team can separate those requests.
The property address also matters when the person completing the form is a landlord, a property manager or someone arranging work for a relative. Their contact address may not be the building that needs roofing. Confirm the job location before preparing a proposal, and ask whether detached garages or other structures belong in the request.
Give the first call a clear purpose
Use the enquiry to prepare questions about the existing covering, visible problems and the homeowner's preferred material. Measured square footage is useful for planning, but it cannot reveal concealed decking damage or settle which repairs are necessary. The first call should establish what the customer wants and whether an inspection is the next appropriate step, not present a preliminary measurement as a final contract.
A useful follow-up explains what you already know and what remains to be checked. For example, you can confirm the property and selected material, then ask about access, recent leaks and the intended timing. This avoids asking the homeowner to repeat the entire form while leaving room for details that a measurement cannot supply.
Check the enquiry from the customer's side
Before using the form on an active campaign, submit a test from a phone as well as a desktop. Confirm the property address, required contact fields and material choices, then compare the received lead with what you entered. Check the form on the published page rather than relying only on an editor preview, since the surrounding page can change how an embedded tool fits.
Keep the surrounding wording specific to the service advertised. A page about roof replacement should not leave a visitor wondering whether the form is for repairs, replacement or solar work. Explain what your company will discuss next without promising a fixed price or an appointment that has not been agreed.
